Dip in melted chocolate/almond bark + set on wax paper. Store covered. DAY 2: Raspberry Almond Thumbprints Dough: 2c flour, ¼t salt, 1c butter, ⅔c sugar, ½t almond extract. Mix butter/sugar/extract → add dry. Roll 1" balls, indent, fill w/ ¼t jam. Bake 350°F 11–15 min. Glaze: 1c powdered sugar, 2–3t water, ½t almond extract → drizzle. DAY 3: Polar Bear Cookies Premade sugar dough: roll 1 big ball + 2 small ears + 1 nose. Chill 20 min. Bake per package. Decorate w/ cream cheese frosting, glitter, choc chips/sprinkles for face. DAY 4: 2-Ingredient Thin Mints Melt 4.67 oz Andes mints → coat ~14 cookies. Let set. (Double batch recommended!) DAY 5: 3-Ingredient Reindeer Cookies Ritz on tray → top w/ Reese’s Thin → bake 350°F 90 sec. Press another Ritz on top, chill 10–15 min. Dip in melted almond bark. Add pretzels, candy eyes, cinnamon dot before chocolate sets. DAY 6: Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies Mix: 1 box dark chocolate fudge cake mix + ½c oil + 2 eggs. Add 1c choc chips. Bake 350°F 12 min. Cool 1 min. For crinkles: chill dough 1 hr → roll in powdered sugar → bake. DAY 7: Gingerbread Crinkles Cream ¾c butter + 1c brown sugar (3 min). Add 1 egg + ¼c molasses. Dry: 2½c flour, 2t baking soda, 1t each nutmeg/ginger/cinnamon. Mix wet+dry, chill 1 hr. Roll balls in sugar. Bake 375°F ~10 min until cracked. DAY 8: Apple Butter Snickerdoodles Mix ½c butter + ½c apple butter + 2c sugar. Add 1 egg + 1t vanilla. Add dry: 2¾c flour, ½t each cream of tartar/baking soda/salt/cinnamon. Chill 1 hr. Roll in ¼c sugar + 1T cinnamon. Bake 350°F 13–15 min. DAY 9: Buckeyes Mix: ½c butter + 3½c powdered sugar + 2c crunchy PB + 2c Rice Krispies + 1c crushed Butterfingers. Roll balls. Melt 1 lb almond bark → dip + set on parchment. DAY 10: Lazy Chocolate Chip Cookies Mix 1 box yellow cake mix + ½c melted butter + 2 eggs. Add 1c choc chips + 1c M&Ms. Press into 9×13. Bake 375°F 20 min. Cool → cut into bars. DAY 11: Crockpot Christmas Candy Add to crockpot (don’t stir): 32–34 oz peanuts, 1c butterscotch chips, 10–12 oz dark chips, 1c semi-sweet chips, ⅓c toffee, 1½ lb white almond bark. Cook LOW 1 hr → stir → LOW 1 hr, stirring every 15 min. Scoop onto parchment + set. Stores weeks! DAY 12: Christmas Tree Sugar Cookies Slice dough roll into 16 pieces → roll into balls → coat in sprinkles. Flatten slightly w/ cup → top w/ Pillsbury tree cookie. Bake 350°F 20–23 min.
