It is also called Unohana. For your successful consequence, I STRONGLY recommend to cook with a large amount of Dashi stock. Otherwise, it remains dry and pulpy. Ingredients (Serve for two) ★In this video, I cook for 4 serving! Low soy pulp(Okara) 100g Carrot(small) 1/2 Shiitake(large) 2 or 3 pieces ATSUAGE, fried tofu ½ piece Dashi stock 200cc-240cc Mirin 30cc (2tbs) Soy sauce 30cc (2tbs) Sesame oil Instruction 1. Cut vegetables. 2. Prepare a skillet and sautee veggies with sesame oil until softened. 3. Add Okara spy pulp into the pan and stir for a while. 4. Pour Dashi stock and all seasonings into the pan. Sautee for approximately 15 min. until the liquid is evaporated and it looks like mashed potatoes. .........................................................................................
