Today I prepared a delicious and comforting Chicken Soup 🍲 First, I added 3 tablespoons of oil to a pan. Then I finely chopped 1 onion and lightly fried it until soft. After that, I added the boiled chicken and cooked it for 2–3 minutes, stirring well to enhance the flavor. Next, I added fresh vegetables including carrot, capsicum (bell pepper), cabbage, and mushrooms. I lightly fried all the vegetables, then added 1 tablespoon black pepper and 1 tablespoon salt, mixing everything well. After frying, I added the chicken stock (the water used to boil the chicken), which I had set aside earlier. I also added a little extra water to adjust the soup consistency. In a separate bowl, I prepared a sauce mixture using dark sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and red chili sauce. I added ½ tablespoon black pepper and ½ tablespoon red chili powder to the sauce, mixed it well, and then added it to the soup. After that, I added 1 bowl of pasta and 2 sausages, cut into small pieces. Finally, I mixed 1 cup cornflour with water and slowly added it to the soup while stirring continuously, cooking until the soup thickened nicely.
