Ingredients – White Creamy Karahi . Chicken – 1 kg . Onions – 2 medium . Water – ½ cup (for blending onions) . Cooking oil – ½ cup . Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon . Black pepper – 1 teaspoon (or to taste) . Vinegar – 2 tablespoons . Yogurt – 1 cup . Coriander powder – ½ tablespoon . Green chilies – 2, chopped . Fresh cream – ½ cup (or as needed) . Salt – to taste . Charcoal – 1 small piece (for smoking) . Oil – a few drops (for charcoal smoke) Today I cooked this rich and creamy White Karahi using a very simple but flavorful method. First, I blended two onions with a little water to make a smooth paste. Then I heated half a cup of oil in a karahi and added the onion paste along with 1 tablespoon garlic paste. I cooked it well until the raw smell disappeared. After that, I added chicken and cooked it properly for about 10 minutes. Then I added black pepper and 2 tablespoons of vinegar, followed by 1 cup of yogurt, and cooked everything on medium flame until the water dried. Once it was well cooked, I added half a teaspoon black pepper, coriander powder, and two chopped green chilies. I bhunaoed it well until the oil separated. Finally, I added fresh cream and mixed it gently. For that perfect restaurant-style flavor, I gave it coal smoke (dum) by placing a hot charcoal in a bowl inside the pot, adding a little oil on it, and covering it with a lid.
