If you are here for any of the following reasons, make sure you stick around: High Volume Foods That Got Me Shredded Very Filling Low Calorie Meals My Super High Volume Diet Shredding Diet Full Day Of Eating Best Low Calorie Foods That Fill You Up Low Calorie Breakfast Ideas So, today's video is a little different in the sense that I am taking you through some of my favourite high volume food and high volume foods are foods that you can eat quite a large portion of for quite few calories - so perfect if you are on a low calorie diet and trying to lose weight And right now, my main goal isn't weight loss but due to the fact I have a huge appetite, these very filling low calorie foods are still staples in my diet. So, the first food I talk about are berries and these are something I have pretty much everyday. They're delicious, they go great with fat free yoghurt (this is a great low calorie breakfast idea) and of course, they are very voluminous. Next up on the list is egg whites and when it comes to low calorie, high protein, high volume foods, these are king. They're also so versatile and for those of you who watch my channel regularly, you'll know they are a staple in a lot of my low calorie filling meals. Next up we have fat free yoghurt and again, this is something I really enjoy. Most are very calorie & macro friendly and you'll see from the video how voluminous fat free yoghurt is when you compare it to regular full fat yoghurt. And as I said above, this goes great with berries. Then we have sugar free jelly which is a volume food that holds a weird place in my heart because it's something I depended on quite a lot during contest prep! But nevertheless, it is so, so voluminous and whether you go for the sachets or pots, it is a very useful food if you are on a low calorie diet and looking for a snack to get you through to your next meal. Then, we have the kind of volume which is vegetables and if you are struggling in terms of hunger, introducing more veg into your diet is something I highly recommend. You'll see from the video high high in volume non starchy veg in particular is and 100 calories worth of veg vs 100 calories worth of pasta just doesn't compare - the difference is crazy. Finally we have popcorn and this is something we have pretty much every night. It's high in volume, high in fibre and I find it very tasty. And if you're in a position where you're looking for a snack but you also want to maximise the volume in your diet to keep you full, popcorn over the likes of a chocolate bar is a great shout.
