This is a great workout for targeting the full body. It is low impact, so kind to your joints, but it still gets all your muscles working. Over the 20 minutes of workout, we will focus on toning up abs, glutes, legs and arms - so really a full body workout. It is Pilates inspired as so many Pilates exercises are really amazing for getting results. There is no equipment required for this workout, so join me on the mat (a towel or carpet will work too) and let's get toned together.
