Perfect for lunch or dinner, this light and nutritious chickpea curry is cooked in a pressure cooker in just 15 minutes. ✨ Ingredients: • Kabuli Chana (White Chickpeas) – soaked overnight • 2 medium onions (thinly sliced) • 6 garlic cloves • Salt – to taste • Red chili powder – to taste • Turmeric – to taste • Oil – small amount (for sautéing) • Fresh coriander – for garnish 👩🍳 Instructions: Soak chickpeas overnight. Discard the water in the morning. Heat a little oil and sauté garlic. Add sliced onions and cook until soft and light golden. Add salt, red chili powder and turmeric. Add chickpeas and sauté well. Pour enough water to cook the chickpeas and keep a light gravy. Pressure cook for 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
