Here is the recipe Ingredients 1 ½ cup dried chickpeas 1 bunch parsley ½ bunch coriander 2 cloves garlic 1 thumb size piece of ginger 1 onion ¼ big red chilly 1 teaspoon salt and the same of pepper 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon ground coriander 1 teaspoon paprika Method Soak the chickpeas overnight, or for at least 8 hours, in plenty of water as the chickpeas will grow and absorb some of the water. Covering the chickpeas by 2 inches should be enough. Strain the chickpeas well (you don't want excess water going into the felafel mix) Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until a smooth paste is formed. Shape the felafels into small balls, and place them in a fry pan with your preferred cooking oil. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
