Fried poached eggs soaked in a spicy onion-tomato gravy… simple ingredients, big flavour, total ghar-jaisa feel ❤️ Recipe 😊Ingredients: Eggs – 3 (fry poached) with added salt and black pepper Onion – 1, finely chopped Tomato – 1, finely chopped Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp Oil – 2 tbsp Salt – to taste Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Red chilli powder – 1 tsp (adjust to taste) Coriander powder – 1 tsp cardamon -1 cinnamon -1/2 inch black pepper -4 to 5 bay leaves -2 Water – as required Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish Method: -Heat oil in a pan -Add whole spices fry the chopped onion till golden. -Add chopped tomato -Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté till the raw smell goes. -Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. Mix well. -Add a little water and cook till the oil separates from the gravy. -Add more water to adjust consistency and bring it to a boil. -Gently add the poached eggs and simmer for 2–3 minutes. -Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. -Serve hot with rice or roti.
