In this 45 Minute QUADZILLA Dumbbell LOWER BODY STRENGTH Workout we will be focusing on quad-dominant movements with a lot of sets. We will be having 2x blocks of 7x movements , 2x movements for 5x rounds and 5x movements for 2x round. We will be performing each movement for 45 seconds and there will be a 20 seconds rest in between. This commentary workout is from my website HOMEGYM program.
