In this lower-body strength workout, we will focus on the legs, glutes, and thighs. This workout is knee-friendly, putting a little less pressure on your joints while still focusing on muscle growth! This workout is knee-friendly because there are no lunges, squats, or exercises done on your knees! The no repeat structure allows you to work out without feeling the repetitiveness of exercises! The finishers/pulses push you to strengthen your lower body and build muscular endurance. Overall, this workout is a quick, low-impact lower-body strength workout to build muscular strength, definition, and endurance. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting as much shake-and-burn as this workout provided!
