［29-9-2024 filmed on insta360 Go3］ 一年前我第一次用呢部機拍同一條賽道，可惜我當時唔識用冇開機🤣經過呢一年，我開始識得用部機 記錄返2024年秋季開鑼第一場賽事！ ‪@RunningManAthleticClub‬ 時間上其實進步好少（得幾秒），但我自己跑得頗輕鬆😎 因為下個禮拜仲有另外一場10K，今場比賽跑得尚算滿意，最緊要冇腳痛🙏🏻 嚟緊有好多轉變，要適應。訓練上可能要特別安排啲時間，再加把努力💪🏻 00:45 比賽裝束 Outfit of the day 00:56 酒店出發set off from hotel 01:39 Warm up 02:27 比賽開始 Race begins 03:32 試當真阿慈 04:12 見到RMAC 文sir / 朋友 05:00 最後1公里 Last year I forgot to turn on the camera when I used it for the first time to film the exact same race. Since then I have learned how to use it to record my first race of the fall season in 2024! While this marks only a tiny improvement from last year's time (by a few seconds), I thought I ran a pretty relaxed race, mainly because I am saving my efforts for next week's 10K race. Overall I am happy with the results, especially finishing without any leg pain! In the coming months I have to adjust to a lot of new changes, and will need to find time to train. But I will make special adjustments to increase my training!
