Introducing the (Improved) Ultimate Do-It-Yourself Cold Plunge. I'll walk you through the entire build process. This Chest Freezer Conversion utilizes the Best Pump & Filter Setup, UV Light Clarifier, Beautiful Design with Fountain Inlet. Learn how I created an even more amazing cold water therapy experience. // WHY COLD PLUNGE? The benefits of cold therapy have been practiced for over 1,000 years. More information at https://www.npr.org/sections/health-s... // TEMPERATURE A good temperature for your cold plunge is around 50°F. No need to go much colder. The benefits - like noradrenaline production - begin at 60°F water exposure. !!! WARNINGS: BE SAFE: ALWAYS ENSURE THAT THE FREEZER HAS NO POWER (IS UNPLUGGED) WHEN YOU ARE USING A COLD PLUNGE - AND REMOVE THE FREEZER DOOR LOCK !!! // COLD PLUNGE PRODUCT LINKS *Note: These are what I used with my setup. This created a lot of bubbles and a bumpy surface. After sanding some down. I applied another layer with a soft cloth roller and it went on more smoothly. I also thinned the mixture with alcohol per the directions. • Without the color flecks, the freezer floor would be very slippery. They definitely help, but the gray color flecks look dirty. I ended up only using the white and blue color flecks. // SOCIAL • Instagram / handsonmeditation • Pinterest / handsonmeditate • Twitter / handsonmeditate • Facebook / handsonmeditation #HandsOnMeditation WANT TO HELP SUPPORT THE CHANNEL? ☕ Please, buy me a coffee https://www.buymeacoffee.com/HandsOnM... ________________________ I hope this inspires you to consider a Cold Plunge for your home.
