Find out all about Reece's experience trialling a plant-based diet and how this has affected his performance as a professional triathlete. The idea came from watching the 'The Game Changers' documentary on Netflix- Reece decided he wanted to reduce the amount of meat he was consuming in his diet. He was asked if he would like to take part in a 4 week scientific trial to see the effects of going plant-based and took up the offer. Take a listen as the team discuss the experience, if there has been any impact on training and the general ease of being able to maintain a vegan diet.
