This 28-minute loving-kindness meditation invites you into deep rest, softness, and compassion. Through gentle Yoga Nidra–inspired guidance, you’ll be guided through grounding, a slow body scan, and a loving-kindness practice to cultivate warmth toward yourself and others. This is a space to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with the quiet presence within. You don’t need to do anything perfectly. Simply lie down or sit comfortably and allow yourself to be guided.
