Watch in 1080p! Today's video is of my flight from Edinburgh to Cardiff on a Flybe Embraer ERJ175. Reg: G-FBJG c/n;344. This flight was originally to be operated by a Flybe Dash 8-Q400 but, we were upgraded to an E175 moments before departure. In the video, you will see us depart off Runway 24 at Edinburgh and head out on the Deans Cross SID. We then turn south over Liverpool and Chester before commencing our descent into Cardiff. We landed a few minutes ahead of schedule on Cardiff's runway 12, although we departed about half an hour late. There is a slight problem with the configuration of the seats onboard Embraer aircraft because you have to bend forward to look out of the window, I banged my head on the seat in front of me when we landed in Cardiff (it didn't help that it was quite firm!). The flight was at about 99% capacity, while the only seat not taken was the one next to me, how lucky? I hope you enjoyed and thanks for watching!
