the switchmode supply was not working, optocoupler problem, replaced the broken optocoupler but it still did not work, it turned out it ALSO was designed not to work UNLOADED !! so i loaded each output 200mW and then stable regulation and all, the rest of the scope was in perfect condition, found only a cracked RIFA in the supply and a nasty looking NTC --- #philips #oscilloscope #teardown --- I use auto generated subs, I go thru them my self, but i am far from perfect at finding all errors, so if you find errors worth fixing, please comment (or PM) with the TIME in the video you saw the error, i will be happy to fix it.
