a few problems found and solved : unstable channel, brightness, blanking, storing, ok store is not sharp and perfect, to be honost is was also a bit blury in 1980 you should not expect much more from an analog storage this old. a few later Tektronix analog storage tubes performed much better, more sharp and almost free of ghosting shadows round your trace. 11.4 kg, quite heawy and quite large, this one was manufactured in 1982, found much older chip in it 1977. --- #philips #oscilloscope #teardown --- I use auto generated subs, I go thru them my self, but i am far from perfect at finding all errors, so if you find errors worth fixing, please comment (or PM) with the TIME in the video you saw the error, i will be happy to fix it.
