I got two PM3311 in for service, one was ok, the other one needed a bit adjustment in P2CCD section, and a little bit of 3D design fix, a few LED and bulbs need replacement. PM3311 was released in 1982 this one is from 1984 due to ic datecodes. PM3311 is the fast one 125MHz sample. PM3310 is very similar but only 50MHz sample. Foot : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:618... -- End of video note : the reason for XY mode to be this terrible : it sample a tiny part of a trigged / auto signal, store it, play back, now ready for a new snip of the signal, this means you only see tiny fragments of my XY image, also its bandwidth is sampling at full speed, this is why it also pick up the fast hyper-jumps between letters and show them as random dots. That is exactly why an analog scope with matching bw to the job, will win big time for this type of "measurement" even modern digital scopes are terrible at XY images, --- #philips #oscilloscope #teardown --- I use auto generated subs, I go thru them my self, but i am far from perfect at finding all errors, so if you find errors worth fixing, please comment (or PM) with the TIME in the video you saw the error, i will be happy to fix it.
