You will need 30 minutes only to cook a fish with veggies effortlessly, just put into oven and set a table. ❤️ If you like the recipe and want to say thanks, you can buy us a coffee - http://buymeacoffee.com/alwaysyummy ✅ Ingredients: • 2 sea bass or dorado • bell pepper – 5 oz | 150 g • tomatoes – 5 oz | 150 g • red onion – 3 oz | 100 g • olive oil – 3 tbsp • coarse salt – ½ tbsp • ground black pepper – ¼ tsp • dried rosemary – ¼ tsp ✅ You will need: • baking dish or sheet • oven • carving board 📙Preparation: 1. Drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil into a baking dish and lay out in a layer, alternating, the sliced bell pepper, tomatoes and red onion cut into rings, salt and pepper to taste. 2. Lay out the cleaned fishes atop, salt the bellies, add the dried rosemary and rings of onion inside, sprinkle the fishes with the coarse salt and rosemary. 3. Preheat oven to 350°F | 180°C and bake the fish for 25 minutes, pull out the baking dish and pour with 1 tbsp of olive oil, bake for another 5 minutes. 4.
