Upon further inspection though the more subtle aspects of this brew started to appear, like the faint hint of vanilla to counteract some of the natural tartness of passionfruit. When tasting this pale ale, the hop notes and lactose play an important accompanying role in the overall balance of the beer while not taking away from the starring role of the passionfruit.
