WATCH IN HD! This the BRAND NEW Sith Wars II mod by Kingpin, the sequel to his popular 'The Sith Wars' mod from 2014. Unlike it's predecessor this mod features more of a focus on the single player aspect of SWBF2, with the previous mod offering more multiplayer focus to fulfill its function as a clan dueling mod. The mod adds tons of new sensational content including over 40 new units, a vast selection of new Force Powers and abilities, tons of new heroes based on the various members of Kingpin's Sith Empire clan and a new map which is shown here: Korriban: Sith Temple. The mod offers era support for almost all of the stock maps for Conquest and also adds the highly praised Sith Legends assault mode from the original mod to a handful of maps. The mod draws inspiration from SWTOR and KotOR as well as other Star Wars: Legends material to create an all new experience set in the Old Republic era with two new factions in the form of the Sith Empire and Sith Brotherhood. Alongside these two dark side factions also is the Jedi Order which are playable on several maps. Here on Korriban, the Sith enter a civil war as the Empire and Brotherhood duke it out for control of the Sith homeworld. The map itself is simply a reskin of the classic Rhen Var: Citadel, the reskin has been executed to perfection and captures the atmosphere of the red desert world perfectly. Both sides come with a whole new bunch of units, with the Empire predominantly being composed of blaster wielding infantry backed up by brutal lightsaber wielding Sith units whilst the Brotherhood is made up of weaker Sith warriors, many of whom have no Force powers. This makes sense from a balance point of view and is very nearly successful, however the Brotherhood do seem to win most of the matches with or without player intervention. Leading the two factions are two brand new heroes, who are inspired by real members of Kingpin's Sith Empire clan which is a unique and very awesome idea. The Brotherhood are led by Darth Malinox who is adept in Force Choke and the devastating new Force Blast, whilst the Empire have support from Darth Khan who can decimate the enemy with his use of Force Barrage and Force Choke. The mod also supports AI heroes so it's possible to have a proper duel between Khan and Malinox which is another awesome feature. Overall, this mod has certainly lived up the hype that has been building for it and it's great fun to embrace the dark side and cut down the enemy using the large variety of different units and their array of abilities.
