The investigation into the shooting of a Lummi tribal police officer on Monday remains underway, with the suspect's identity still a mystery despite his arrest. The incident occurred just before 1 a.m. on Jul. 28, when a tribal officer, who had been on the force less than a year, responded to a car that had veered off the road into a ditch.
