This video highlights the main attractions of the idyllic mountain town of Lake Sebu which is the 7 falls, specifically the two accessible falls of Hikong Alu and Hikong Bente. The T'boli name of "Hikong" means Falls and "Alu" means Passage while "Bente" means Immeasurable. The seven falls were named after the seven brave warriors of the T'boli tribe. Known for its three lakes - Lake Sebu, Lake Seloton and Lake Lahit - this mountainous ecotourism destination features lush forests and diverse flora and fauna. We stayed at the Sunrise Garden Lake Resort in Lake Seloton, enjoying a meal of fresh tilapia fish freshly caught from its fish cages in the lake. We also visited the two falls, Hikong Alu and Hikong Bente and was mesmerised by its natural beauty and majestic grandeur.
