Using ASPIRE, an evidence-based model of flourishing cultures put forward by Dr Sue Roffey, we’ll explore using solution-focused practices such as laddering, counters and the miracle question to facilitate grounded conversations that result in commitment to small actions that have a positive impact on classroom and school culture. A Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience, Michele combines her expertise as an occupational psychologist and her passion for positive psychology to focus on developing simple, practical solutions to help people to flourish.
