In this video Bad Beast cook a sweet smoked acorn squash on the Recteq pellet smoker. This smoked squash is savory, creamy, filling and amazing. You can make these as a side dish when cooking any type of protein.    • Sweet Smoked Acorn Squash | Pellet Grill |...   Acorn Squash Rub 1 tbsp. smoked paprika 1 tbsp. turbinado sugar 1 tbsp. chili powder 2 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp black pepper Directions: 1. Split acorn squash in half and remove seeds and pulp from the cavities. 2. Spray each acorn squash half with pam and season with the Acorn Squash Rub 3. Place 1 tbsp. unsalted butter in each acorn squash half and place in a smoker at 225 degrees 4. After 30 minutes, increase smoker temp to 325 degrees and smoke for an additional 30 minutes or until the acorn squash is probe tender. 5.
