SURABAYA FRIED CHICKEN WITH SAUCE AND ONION SAMBAL Ingredients (Marinated Fried Chicken): 650 gr Chicken 1 sachet of Desaku Marinade Seasoning 2 tbsp Water 2 tbsp Cornstarch ½ tbsp Ladaku 1 sachet of Garlic Powder How to Make: 1. Mix ingredients 3 (chicken, Desaku Marinade Seasoning, water, cornstarch, Ladaku and Garlic Powder) in a container, shake until well blended. 2. Let stand for at least 30 minutes. 3. Fry the chicken in HOT oil and use LOW FIRE, for 13 minutes 4. Serve with chili sauce. SURABAYA ONION SAMBAL Ingredients 1 (chopped): 100 gr Cayenne Pepper 150 gr Shallots Ingredients 2: 200 ml Cooking Oil 1 ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Sugar 2 tbsp Water 3 pieces of Lime Leaves 1 sachet of Ladaku 3 tbsp Garlic Powder How to Make: 1. Heat 200 ml of oil. Saute ingredients 1 (shallots and cayenne pepper) that have been chopped until fragrant and cooked. 2. Add lime leaves, salt, sugar, water, and Ladaku. Saute until cooked. 3. Turn off the heat, then add Garlic Powder, stir well. 4. Let the sauce cool then store in a container. ...
