These are a very much loved hand held snack here in Scotland but they’re popular all over the UK :) tasty cheese, potato & onion filling encased in warm, buttery, flaky puff pastry! Thanks for stopping by, -Cheryl x ____________________________________________________________________ What I used (Makes 4 good sized pasties) Ready rolled puff pastry sheet - I used 320g/ 11 oz 3 Medium potatoes (about 400g/14 oz) Potatoes - peeled & quartered 1 Medium brown Onion - finely diced 2 Tablespoons butter - for frying the onions 200g/7 oz Cheddar cheese - Grated/shredded 100g/ 3.5 oz Cream cheese - I used Philadelphia 2 Teaspoons mustard - I used Colemans 1 Well beaten egg - to glaze your pastry before baking ______________________________________________________________________ CONTACT ME: New P.O.
