Episode 110 Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja and Welcome to a Bombil ( Bombay Duck ) Special Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬ It was a Wednesday, I had gone to our fish vendor get some fish. I got Bombay duck fish from there and got it back home. Pooja was very happy after seeing them as she had not eaten Bombay Duck fish in a long time. We usually prepare regular red curry for any fish but this time Pooja decided to make a green fish curry which is as tasty as the traditional one. For green fish curry she used green chilies and fresh coriander and other spices as usual. Bombil fish fry is the favorite dish for every fish lover and hence Pooja prepared the fish fry of Bombay duck fish. We had a lunch with fish fry and fish curry. Next day Pooja experimented with fish nuggets, she boiled the Bombay duck fish ( bombil ) mixed it with onion, coriander, gram flour, rice flour and spices. Then made nuggets out of it and deep fried in the oil. They turned out to be very good. We had it with tomato ketchup, even mowgli liked it. Let us know how do you liked this episode..!
