Episode 117 Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja and Welcome to a Malvani Prawns Thali (मालवणी कोळंबी थाळी ) Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬ I was working in the farm as usual. Cleaning the farm and maintaining it for the summer. Pooja had prepared common breakfast which is rice porridge and coconut chutney which she brought for me in the farm. I was wahing my hands meanwhile Pooja plucked some Starfruits. I had my breakfast in the farm with starfruits. I asked Pooja what she'll prepare for the lunch, she said she'll preapare something from the prawns which I had brought yesterday. Pooja returned home and started preparing the lunch, She decided to prepare authentic malvani prawns thali (मालवणी कोळंबी थाळी ). It includes Prawns Curry, Prawns Masala, Prawns fry. It also includes solkadhi, Rice bhakri, rice etc. Prawns curry is an easy lunch recipe which include coconut paste and kokum as main ingredients. Prawns masala also includes onion and tomato as a base and spices to add the flavour. Prawns fry is a very simple yet delicious delicacy of prawns. Pooja prepared all of these and arranged those in a thali. I returned home and we both enjoyed this delicious Prawns thali for the lunch. Let us know how do you liked this episode..!
