These videos were rescued by a fellow student Dan Copobianco from The American Academy of Art. They were forgotten and not seen for decades. Please visit https://www.richardschmid.com/ to learn more about him and to keep his art and words alive you can donate to his foundation below https://richardschmidfoundation.org/ I am very happy to have saved them. I wish I could have been there to see these and learn from him when I was starting out. Please forgive the bad sound and color, they were digitized from old VHS tapes. I tried my best to make the sound better and I manually put in the captions, unfortunately when I saved the video the captions weren't saved with it !! ugh. I might upload again once we figure it out because I think it helps to understand him when he is turned away from us. I couldn't understand what he was saying sometimes. I apologize for any mistakes. 🎨 Welcome to the Artistic Journey of Scott Burdick & Susan Lyon 🎨 Join us as we share the real life of working artists — from behind-the-scenes studio sessions to international teaching trips, museum visits, and the inspiring work of our artist friends.
