Sugar Bowl Ski Resort Lake Tahoe Truckee California 2025
Come for a rip on Sugar Bowl, one of the oldest ski resorts in the USA. Located in Lake Tahoe California, the resort features reduced price mid week skiing. We show up on a Thursday and pay only $99 for day pass lift tickets. Weekends it is over $200. This resort was created in 1939 by a group of investors that included Walt Disney. He has a chair lift and a mountain peak named after him. A few of the runs have Disney themed names. Skiing With Norman is about travelling to big mountains and skiing. Almost always father and son, mostly road trips in western North America. We will drive anywhere, usually towing our dirt bike trailer. We have done awesome winter dirt biking in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and California. Whistler Blackcomb is our local mountain. Come with us as we try to show you complete mountains and the on-mountain facilities within. Best we have ever seen is Blackcomb Canada and Zermatt Switzerland. Come along for the ride.
