Dr. Daniel Byman, Director of the Center of Security Studies, introduces General Christopher G. Cavoli, Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), to deliver his keynote address at the end of the NATO at 75 Conference. --- This is part of Georgetown University's NATO at 75 Conference, inspired by the 75th anniversary of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. The conference features panels with prominent North American and European scholars and practitioners such as General Christopher G. Cavoli, Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) and U.S. Ambassador to NATO Julianne Smith.
