Santuario di Conche - Nave BS

Costruito, seconda la leggenda, da San Costanzo attorno al XI secolo, il santuario di Conche si trova nel territorio bresciano tra i paesi di Nave e Lumezzane a 1093m slm. Nel corso del tempo da convento di suore diviene luogo molto frequentato dai cittadini dei paesi limitrofi e turisti. Punti focali sono la croce posta sulla cima adiacente e il monumento all'alpino realizzato dallo scultore Giuseppe Rivadossi nel 1963. Built, according to the legend, by Saint Costanzo around the XI century, the Conche sanctuary is located in the territory of Brescia, between the villages of Nave and Lumezzane at 1093m above sea level. Over time from convent of nuns it became a popular place for the citizens of the near villages and tourists. Focal points are the cross placed on the top near the sanctuary and the monument to the Alpino, made by the Italian sculptor Giuseppe Rivadossi in 1963.
