Homeless and Housing Task Force is the education and outreach arm of the CoC and strives to share approachable pertinent information about local programs, mainstream benefits, and other initiatives related to the CoC's mission of ensuring homelessness is rare, brief and one-time in Tompkins County. Homeless and Housing Taskforce is free and open to the public, please feel free to share widely. Following the primary presentation today there will be an open discussion about sector-wide advocacy efforts in changing times. Please consider joining to share ways that your organization or the clients you serve could be impacted by recent proposed changes to federal funding. Feel free to announce and share advocacy work being done by your agency or beyond. Homeless and Housing Task Force meetings are a great way to learn about what is happening in the local homeless response system, share information, and network. This month we will take a deep dive into the Social Care Network's Enhanced Housing Services. Nicole Cashman, Network Performance Specialist, Housing. Care Compass Collaborative Nicole has over 20 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector and a solid background in program operations, strategic planning, and financial management and will provide a comprehensive overview of the Medicaid 1115 Waiver with an emphasis on the Enhanced Housing Services available to eligible medicaid members.
