Julianne Hough Join Oprah and me on #Oprahs2020VisionTour Beauty Board Member @heyroven TEXT ME: 8015095591 kinrgy.com Follow her at   / juleshough   First 5 Minutes of Automated Transcript: 00:01 all right okay far back um first and 00:06 foremost I want to say thank you so much 00:09 for your patience your understanding 00:12 this is what Kennedy is all about is 00:14 when you can connect to yourself you can 00:16 relate to other people and have 00:19 understanding so I appreciate your 00:22 compassion and your understanding with 00:24 what's going on with the tech we are 00:26 still testing and clearly it worked at 00:29 8:00 a.m. this morning but something 00:30 went bad for the eleven o'clock so 00:33 appreciate your guys's understanding 00:35 and we're just gonna clear all that bad 00:39 juju energy and we're gonna get started 00:41 and we are gonna rock the boat so for 00:44 those of you who have been here before 00:47 welcome back and you guys know what to 00:49 do so let's hold the space for all these 00:51 movies that are coming on and 00:52 experiencing energy for the first time 00:54 for all of you who are experiencing 00:56 Kennedy for the first time welcome and 00:58 we are doing this with 1600 people right 01:02 now so you guys are gonna be able to get 01:04 this 45 minute experience the 45 minute 01:07 method right now and everybody else 01:10 trust me we'll get your money back so 01:12 everybody has the same experience and so 01:16 just to get you started 01:17 kenji is about three different things 01:21 movement breath and activating your 01:24 imagination so the movements that we're 01:26 gonna do are not choreography really 01:28 it's more follow along and their moves 01:30 that we've all done before in our life 01:32 so they're not going to be hard the 01:35 second thing is breath I'm going to take 01:36 you through three different breath 01:37 patterns but don't 01:39 I'm going to guide you the first one is 01:40 in through the nose and out through the 01:41 mouth and the more sounds you can make 01:44 the better the second breath is in 01:46 through the nose out through the nose 01:48 and really activating that chi and that 01:52 fire and then like energy coming through 01:53 your body the last breath is in through 01:56 the mouth out through the mouth and that 02:01 is going to be the last one that takes 02:02 us into the spiral tornado chaos to 02:05 create that big release that we've just 02:07 built up for the whole method so that's 02:09 the breath part now the last part is the 02:11 most important part and that is 02:13 activating our imagination because when 02:16 we activate our imagination we connect 02:17 back to that childlike wonderment back 02:20 to that child where we really believed 02:24 anything was possible we created I mean 02:26 at one point I remember as a kid I was 02:28 like soaring and flying on a rainbow 02:30 with unicorns and like diving into a 02:33 volcano and erupting and like my my 02:36 brain would go wild so what happened to 02:39 me as an adult why do I not think like 02:41 that and create like that so let's try 02:43 to play today my intention today is just 02:46 to play have fun enjoy and feel free so 02:50 movement breath and activating your 02:52 imagination those are the three things 02:54 that we're gonna do today to help us 02:55 connect to ourself relate to others and 02:58 experience the world so with that this 03:01 is not about perfection it's about 03:02 expression there's nothing to get right 03:04 there's nothing to get wrong because 03:06 there is no right and wrong good or bad 03:08 that's just you so let's rub our hands 03:10 together 03:13 all right so we're rubbing our hands 03:15 together and I just want you to feel us 03:18 activating our life force energy waking 03:22 our body up 03:23 now just open your hands like this and 03:26 just feel that little tingle that little 03:28 sensation so we want to have that 03:30 sensation throughout our body the whole 03:32 time so the way that we can do that is 03:34 imagining all this energy being pressed 03:36 out of us and using resistance to press 03:39 all that energy out and then pressing a 03:41 little energy out on the side of us in 03:43 through our body so we're gonna use a 03:45 lot of resistance so let's just get 03:47 started by breathing in through your 03:49 nose and out through our mouth ready 03:51 here we go 03:55 all right let's sway back before right 03:58 so let's just what it feels like 04:06 connect your feet into the earth 04:09 [Music] 04:12 one being part of it starting here let's 04:15 bring out and make some sound roll up 04:20 touching your body weight yeah 04:25 if you're feeling a little intimidated 04:27 right now you can turn the lights off 04:30 sometimes I feel like the dark makes you
