New Zealand Road Trip Day 10-12 |Siara’s Birthday! Hokitika | Christchurch | New Zealand Travel Vlog

Hey guys! Welcome back to our South Island campervan road trip! 🚐 Today, we’re recapping Days 10, 11, and 12 of our adventure. Unfortunately, we lost the footage for Day 10 ☹️, but here’s what went down! We left Fox Glacier Holiday Park (not our favorite stay, to be honest) and made our way up the coast towards Hokitika. Along the way, we stopped at Lake Mapourika for a peaceful lakeside lunch—it was absolutely stunning. 🌿 Then, we made a quick stop at Lake Matheson for one last glimpse of Mt. Cook before heading to Hokitika. We had hoped to grab the famous fish & chips, but we didn’t make it in time. 😭 That night, we checked into Shining Star Beachfront Accommodation, where they recommended we visit the Glow Worm Dell just across the road. And wow, seeing the glow worms in the dark was such a magical experience! ✨ Day 11 started with a beachside breakfast at our accommodation before hitting the road again. 🚙 We grabbed some sushi for lunch and made a few scenic stops along the way, including Otira Viaduct Lookout and Arthur’s Pass. One of our highlights was Castle Hill, but sadly, we couldn’t hike due to rain and limited daylight. 🌧️ Our last fun stop was in Springfield, where we checked out the giant Homer’s Donut 🍩—a must-see for Simpsons fans! It was also Siara’s birthday, so we celebrated with dinner at a Taiwanese restaurant (because she was craving Asian food) and, of course, cake! 🎂🎉 On Day 12, we had a chill day by the beach in Christchurch before doing some last-minute shopping at Pak’nSave and returning the campervan. 🛒 Sorry for the delay in posting—Jordan’s been busy with his final year of school, and Siara’s been juggling work and travel. But we hope you enjoy the video, and guess what?
