In today's video, I'll be doing a reverse seared ribeye steak on my Weber Q 2800N+. This is a great opportunity to really test out and demonstrate the capabilities of the new "plus" burner. First, I'll run the plus burner by itself to do a "low-and-slow" roast to bring the steak close to my target temperature. Then, I'll turn both burners on to finish it off with a high heat sear.
