This guided emotion regulation practice is an invitation to gently reconnect with your body and support your nervous system through awareness, breath, and compassion. Emotions don’t just live in the mind — they move through the body. When feelings go unprocessed, they can linger as tension, heaviness, fatigue, or numbness. This meditation is designed to help you slow down, notice what’s present, and create space for emotional release and regulation in a safe, grounded way. This is not about forcing calm or “fixing” anything. It’s about allowing your body to feel supported as it finds its own rhythm again. ✨ This practice may be especially helpful if you’re experiencing: • Emotional overwhelm or burnout • Anxiety, sadness, or irritability • A sense of emotional heaviness in the body • Difficulty slowing down or feeling present You’re welcome to listen seated, lying down, or in any position that feels comfortable. If your mind wanders or emotions arise, that’s okay — simply return to the sound of my voice. Take what you need. Leave what you don’t.
