In this video I do five strength training exercises for the back, biceps, and triceps. The first exercise I do in this video is a reverse pullover on the total gym. When I do this exercise, I like to crunch forward to engage my abdominal muscles as well. The next exercise I did in this video was a biceps curl while lying flat on the slider. I like doing curls in this fashion on the total gym because I get a full range of motion during the exercise and an excellent biceps pump. The third exercise I do is a standing triceps extension using a curl bar for about 28 repetitions. Doing this exercise with the curl bar is much more comfortable on my wrist position than doing it with a straight bar. The fourth exercise I did in this video is an alternate arm cable row on the total gym. This is a great low impact exercise for strengthening the biceps, rear deltoids and lats. My final exercise in this video was a basic incline sit-up on the total gym for twenty repetitions. I had the incline set to level 3, and I could have done 25 sit-ups at that level, but I was very tired from doing so much yard work that I decided to stop at 20.
