Music by [Roa music -daybreak] #TraditionalIndianRecipe #ImmunityBooster #NutritiousTreats Ingredients: 1cups Atta (whole wheat flour) 1/2 cup Soji (semolina) 1 /4cup Gondh (edible gum) 1 Spoon Khshkhash (poppy seeds) 15_20 Badam (almonds) 15 sec20 Pista (pistachios) 1/4 cup Akhrot (walnuts) 1/4 cup Kishmish (raisins) 1/4 cup Makhany (dried melon seeds) 1 tsp Kali mirch powder (black pepper powder) 1 tsp Adrak powder (ginger powder) -1 cup clarified butter (Desi ghee) For Sugar syrup: 1 cup Cheeni (sugar) 1/2cup Pani (water 1. Roast gondh and all dry fruits in a pan until lightly browned. 2 .Roast atta ,soji till golden colr 3. Mix atta, soji, khshkhash, black pepper powder dry fruits ginger powder and ground gondh in a bowl. 4. Add sugar syrup ( for sugar syrup 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup Pani just melt sugar nor make thick syrup ) Add in halwa 5. Mixed up for 5 minutes. 6. Until oil Separate 7. panjeeri.is ready and garnish with Crushed roasted badam, pista, akhrot, kishmish, and makhany in a bowl. 9.Serve and store in an airtight container.
