Full send at Rogiet parkrun. Take the lead after 200m, but can I hold onto the lead to the finish???

Hi All, Its Saturday the 1st of November 2025 today, and as its a Saturday, it would be rude to not throw in a parkrun, and after last weeks exploits at Battersea parkrun, and running a sub 18, and running with over 1000 other runners, we are taking it down a few notches, and have popped over the prince of Wales bridge, and taking part in a Welsh parkrun Rogiet parkrun. This only averages around 100 runners, with this week coming in at 110. The course is almost completely flat with one tiny incline lasting just a few meters, and is a 3 lap course. The course is run on hardcore track within Rogiet Countryside Park. Driving to the run today looked pretty grim, as we came up against lots of pockets of very heavy rain, and once we got to the briefing at the run the heavens opened, however that only last a few minutes, and the whole run remained raining free..
