Hunting sub 18s at Burnham & HB parkrun and can I make it four podiums at four parkruns in 2026???

Burnham and highbridge - 17/01/26 Hi All, And welcome back to the channel, Today I have another parkrun video for you and Im back at burnham and Highbridge parkrun, which is based around apex park in highbridge in Somerset. The course is a fast one, but can often be quite windy, and affect times. The course is a loop of Apex park, then it heads down the side of river brue and onto the esplanade at burnham, before turning and heading back along the river and into apex park for the finish. This will be the 14th time here at burnham, with my quickest time being 17:32 from back in a May 2023. This is my 518th parkrun, and from the three parkruns in 2026, I have been 3rd, 1st and 2nd, with one run being a low 18 minute and last weeks being sub 18, so the aim is to try to get another sub 18, and ideally finish in the top 3. I ran twice here last year, and only managed 18:30 times, so definitely want to improve on that
