In this video, I presented a solo training session at the field to improve in soccer. In addition to team workouts, I train solo about 2/3 times a week, and in this video, I showcased my entire training session from warm-up to final stretching. As demonstrated in the video, my advice is to work on all aspects of soccer, from passing to dribbling and shooting. This way, throughout the training sessions, you will improve overall rather than focusing solely on one aspect. The training session is structured as follows: 10 minutes Warm-up Various types of ball control (high, low, flat, etc.) for 5 minutes Passing drills: 1 minute right foot one touch, 1 minute left foot one touch, 1 minute right foot two touches, 1 minute left foot two touches, 1 minute right foot three touches, 1 minute left foot three touches.
