Here I explain 6 points to help you with your clear! 1. Your grip - basic grip, multi grip or I call it hammer grip (like you are holding a hammer) 2. RELAX YOUR SHOULDER!!!! So many people have shoulder injuries from pulling their shoulder out of position too much to hit this shot. There are lots of reasons on how this stops your movement/damages your shoulder (too much to explain in this video). 3. Stand Side On - When doing this shot first of all, just keep yourself in a side of position to get your balance and timing right. 4. Start turning Hips - Turn your hips into the rotation before connection with the shuttle. 5. Step into the court - After playing the shot step back into the court to get to the next shot. 6. Swing point - This is where you will get your power from. Wrong hitting point will mean less power and less angle. Try these tips to improve your badminton clear!
