Swimming in False Bay (where the documentary My Octopus Teacher was filmed) amongst the Kelp Forest has been one of the most eye opening experiences for me. I have never snorkeled in my life and doing it in winter in the cape was one of the wildest things I have ever done. But seeing the wildlife and experiencing the ocean was mind-blowing.
