This slideshow captures still images from throughout the year—showcasing our primary flying field and our float flying site near Bateman Island. From precision aerobatics over manicured turf to seaplanes lifting cleanly off the Columbia River, these photos reflect the skill, camaraderie, and craftsmanship that define our club. TCRCM operates two FAA-recognized FRIA (Federally Recognized Identification Area) sites: • Our primary flying field • Our float fly site south of Bateman Island Because both locations are registered FRIAs with the FAA, pilots may operate without Remote ID modules while remaining fully compliant with current regulations. We are proud of the investment and volunteer effort that continue to strengthen our facilities and preserve safe, legal access to RC aviation in the Tri-Cities region. If you enjoy radio control aviation—whether fixed wing, electric, gas, or float flying—we invite you to learn more about TCRCM and consider joining us for the 2026 season. Clear skies and smooth landings.
