Facebook:   / jesselaflairfanpage   Tic Tac's: To step off a wall in order to overcome another obstacle or gain height to grab something Step 1) In order to be able to do a tic tac or wall jump or Saut de mur as the French would say, you must understand the physics of doing so. Know that it is you speed and angle to the wall that will allow you to grip better. Step 2) Always spot the location where your foot is meeting the wall until you foot hits. Step 3) drive your arms and outside knee up and at the direction you would like to travel. Step 4) Practice! See how far you can tac away from the wall or high you can tac to precision.
