What is it to be 'authentically' Black? Identity and authenticity are closely intertwined, and it can be extremely difficult to be a Black body in America struggling to find not only an identity, but an authentic identity in both the Black community and away from the White gaze. In a society where our narrative is already written, how do we go own our hero's quest to find ourselves? Unfortunately, this video has a lot of questions and not a lot of answers.
