I wanted to quit a hundred times. Most weeks, one video takes around 20 hours — on top of mom life, chores, and everything else. Cooking, filming, styling, editing late at night… I do it all myself. I was editing right up to the last minute of 2025 — then I realized the music wasn’t working, so I started over. I crossed into 2026 still editing. In total, I’ve spent 2000+ hours creating 100 food videos. Meat, Salad, comfort food, desserts, table moments — all of it. It wasn’t easy. It wasn’t always seen. But I’m still here. Still believing.
